I am a sucker for anything with oatmeal in it. Add chocolate chips to the mix? And I’m a goner. Which, is exactly how I feel about these Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies.
These cookies are perfection. Aside from waiting a few hours for the oats to settle, this recipe is crazy easy. The hardest part is figuring out exactly how long they should cook, before they turned to the dark (burnt) side. I made them on the small side, allowing me to make as many as possible. You can make them in whatever size you like.
